After downloading your file, a folder will be extracted with "ReportCards" and two versions of RevPlayer. To run the program you must drag the "ReportCards" program onto the 'Player' that has the "R" icon.
Backstory
ReportCards is a program originally developed around 1999. Susan Gill and I were at a state Special Education conference attending a workshop by Edwin Ellis on graphic organizers. She leaned over to me and suggested it may be easier for students if some of these templates were done with HyperCard. Little did she know I was already scripting in my head.
We started with a three column organizer, Susan suggested shading each text-box with gradient colors. We then added breakout screens, the ability to move sentences by dragging and text-to-speech output. Over the years more and more features were added and it was eventually re-written to allow user recorded speech and the ability to run on intel Macs and PCs.
